Superintendent's Message

It is with great anticipation and excitement that I welcome you to a new school year!  There are lots of extraordinary things happening at our schools, so be sure to check out the school and district websites, follow us on facebook @livusd, twitter @ LUSDhighlights and watch for newsletters and other materials that will be sent home with your child the first few days of school to let you know about many planned events this year. 

Livingston Union School District staff continue to work diligently to make our schools a place where your child wants to come each and every day to challenge themselves, to socialize, and to achieve all that they can achieve as learners.  Our teachers and support staff are excited about the work they do every day with your children to help them learn and grow.  As a district, we are committed to providing all students a quality learning experience in a school and classroom enviornment that is supportive, respectful and challenges students to learn and succeed. 

I also want to encourage you to get involved and engage with your child's school and classroom. We all care deeply about the success of our children - and our schools care deeply about our community and its success as well. 

I am proud to be your Superintendent and will work tirelessly to make sure our schools continue to thrive and excel. Thank you for your support of our schools and please do not hesitate to reach out to us with questions, comments or concerns.
