COVID-19 Testing Plan
2023-24 COVID-19 Information
Staff should continue to conduct a self health assessment each morning
before reporting to work. If COVID-19 symptoms are displayed,remain home and report the absence to Frontline as COVID-Symptoms.
At home test kits and masks are available for staff at all sites.
Staff who test positive for COVID-19, will need to complete this form for further
directions including notification protocols.
