Non-Discrimination Statement

Livingston Union School District prohibits discrimination, harassment, intimidation and bullying in all district programs, activities and employment based on actual or perceived race, color, ancestry, national origin, age, religious creed, marital status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, or association with a person or group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics. 
 
Students who violate this policy may be subject to discipline, up to and including expulsion, in accordance with district policy, administrative regulations and state law.
 
Employees who violate this policy shall be subject to discipline up to and including dismissal. Any disciplinary action shall be in accordance with applicable federal, state and/or collective bargaining agreements. 
 
This policy applies to all acts related to school activities or school attendance within a school under the jurisdiction of Livingston Union School District.
