FREE Online Tutoring for California Students
Free online tutoring available to all students in California. Students can access free online tutoring starting now available 24/7. This is a pilot program led by the State Library which includes our Merced County Public Library. The HelpNow program offers assistance in Math, Language Arts and other core K-12 subjects in English, Spanish, and other languages by laptop, tablet, or phone. Tutoring is live, real-time homework assistance from tutors familiar with state curriculum and standards. Any student can use the service including adult learners for assistance in writing, citizenship resources and other tools.
Below are instructions on how your child can access this service.
1. Brainfuse HelpNow Home Page Select: Merced County Library
2. Under the "Expert Help" column, select "Live Tutoring" as pictured below...
3. Live Help. Select your grade and subject and then click on the "Get Live Help" button.
4. Begin your tutoring session.
