COVID-19 Staff Testing

Registration and Scheduling Steps
Classified staff need to complete all three steps.
Certificated staff need to complete steps 1 and 2 only.  Signing up for appointment slot will not
be necessary as you may drop in anytime between 2:30 and 3:30.
The LUSD staff testing process is a 3 step process.  Staff must register with CDPH and sign up for an appointment at their respective site.  Below are the steps to be taken:
Step 1
Register with COLOR.  If you have previously tested with LUSD and have already registered with COLOR, you do not need to register again.  This is a one-time registration.
Please use the appropriate link below to register for testing.  This is a one time registration. 
If you have already registered with COLOR due to previous testing at LUSD, you do not need to register again.
Step 2
Register with Primary Health.  All staff must complete this registration.  This is a one-time registration.
Step 3
Sign up for an appointment through Sign Up Genius using the appropriate link below.
After registering with Primary Health, please sign up for a testing date and time.  Below are the links for each school site.  District office staff may test at any site. 
Please note that you may sign up for each week in January using the links below.
Notification of Results
Each staff member will receive notification of test result from COLOR or Primary Health via text and/or email.
